As every year, we would like to announce the dates and location for our next Annual Meeting. This year, the Annual Meeting will be held in Brussels again.
Before 2015, we held an Annual Meeting in Denmark and another one in Spain. We also held one in the UK. Then, in 2015, our Annual Meeting was held in Delft, in the Netherlands. In 2016, we held it in Brussels, in Belgium. Due to budget restrictions and some administrative changes, the 2017 Annual Meeting was also held in Brussels, making it the first time we held our Annual meeting twice in the same city. It’ll now be the third time we hold our Annual Meeting in Brussels, and three times in a row. This is again due to budget constraints, as well as recent changes in our staff (due to the launch of DRSC Media), giving us less flexibility on the location.
Safety is still our top priority, meaning those interested will have to e-mail us in advance. Priority will be given to staff members, authors and investors. To apply, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and, in the “Subject”, please specify “Annual Meeting 2018 – Dossier”, just as last year. We’ll need:
It takes us a few days to check your dossier and give a reply. We need the dossier at least 2 weeks before the Annual Meeting. The Annual Meeting will be held the 17th and 18th November 2018, around the same time as last year. The event starts around 8 a.m. and finishes around 8-9 p.m. on both days. In the morning of the 17th, we’ll meet with our authors and staff. The afternoon will be reserved to staff meetings. The 18th, the morning is reserved to investors and potential investors. Sunday afternoon, the company will be paying dinner for all the Category 1 guests (our employees, authors and investors). Category 2 guests will have to pay dinner themselves.
