In the last weeks, we have been working very hard in order to release new titles, as well as offer new and better services.
We can already announce the release of four new titles in the coming weeks: two in Danish, one in Norwegian and one in Swedish.
We can also announce the release of six paperbacks in about two weeks.
Some of you may have noticed, others not, but we have spent part of last week updating our website. We plan on finishing the update this week. Before explaining what this update includes, we ask you to report any mistakes in the design or the text, or any broken links you come across. To report these issues, please enter in contact with one of our Administrators at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send as much details as possible, such as the type of issue (design? text? link?) or the page it took place.
Now, this update includes the following:
For the new and better services, we have decided to stop offering Accountancy services, as not many people requested them. We will continue supplying this service to our existing customers, until we are able to recommend them a new company with the same offer.
We still offer Customer Service, which is handled by the DRSCTeam. Due to technical reasons, we now answer in 24 hours/7 days a week/365 days a year, instead of the 12 hours response we guaranteed in the past. This change only affects external customers. DRSCTeam will still answer all emails sent to any of our email addresses in less than 12 hours.
We have also reach agreements with new translators, extending the offer of DRSC Translators. We now offer translation services from Polish/Spanish/Italian to English, from English to Polish, as well as English to Italian. We will update our tariffs as soon as possible.
